Nothing showing up on mine now.

    Purchased the Pro version and had it working once but nothing shows up using the shortcodes anymore. Checked and cURL is enabled on my hosts’ server. Not sure what else to look at here. Worked great once and then stopped. No changes made on either side. Tried recreating albums again as suggested in another post and that did not work either. Any suggestions on what could be the issue and how to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi,
    You may have some country or age restriction on your FB page. Try this

    1. visit the facebook page as an admin user
    2. click edit page -> edit settings
    3. remove any restrictions (age / country etc)
    4. if the page is categorized under bar / alcohol related then remove as well
    5. after saving the changes try to load your page as ‘logged-out’ user (without loggin in) if it loads then it’s ready
    6. re-sync

    Sorry esmi. This seemed to be the only support way to contact Afzal_du, until I just got his email address, so it looks like a couple of us who have purchased the Pro version came here. I am sure this will help some that may be experiencing these same issues with the “free” version as well. But I will contact the developer via email.
