    Thanks, actually after we deactivated the plugin and other one related to variations all showed ok. Maybe there was conflict or something. So the dev left it like that

    We are sorry for the late response.

    To detect the conflict, you can narrow it down by deactivating other plugins, and then enable one by one to detect the culprit.
