Nothing shows on page

  • Hello, I am testing this plugin for the first time on my site, making a page with the following shortcode:

    [mctagmap responsive="yes" width="150px" columns="4"]

    When I hit save, nothing shows up. I saw the FAQ about increasing WP_MEMORY_LIMIT so I did to 1 GB PHP Memory Limit but still nothing shows up.

    Could permissions issues also cause the shortcode to not display on a page?
