    Installed the plugin.

    Went to the developers page on your website.

    Created a Widget.

    Copied the html into the widget settings (5 times, and all 5 times it showed as a blank form after).

    Put the shortcode on the page and loaded the page.

    An asterisk appears briefly, then nothing. Blank page. Tried deleting the code and adding it over and over again, each time, nothing appears except an asterisk.

    Never mind. Started over after the 5th time with your default Wok ID and it works with the default settings.
