Hi, I am trying to export a list of all persons who have purchased a product within a list of categories. I have set up filters within the ‘export orders’ section of WooCommerce however I get the warning, ‘Nothing to export’ despite many orders for each product. This used to work previously using this method, however does not anymore. I’m not sure how to create a website link etc, but I can provide screenshots/status reports to anyone willing to help.

    Thanks

  • Hi @rossmckenna66

This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

Looking at the extensions listed on the WooCommerce.com marketplace, you can easily export specific product orders by using WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export add on.

Please keep in mind, customizations and custom code like this falls outside the scope of our Support Policy and we’re unable to assist with it.

?I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
    ?
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers also hang out there.

Another option is, It may be possible to have a developer write some custom code to achieve this, though. If you would like to investigate that possibility further, you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via the link below.
