Nothing to print message appearing whenever I try to print labels

I’m trying to get the label printer to work and while it works fine for a colleague of mine it just wont work for me. I’ve followed the steps for settings and then go into my orders, tick the relevant orders and then go to address print. My printer page gets opened but then the blue circle just spins around a message shows saying nothing was sent to the printer, open a document and print again. Anybody had this problem before or any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
