Nothing useful displayed in “Edit Form Presentation”

    Hi,

    I just began yesterday to test the plugin.
    I have created a list of fields (ten various for a complex form) then I go to the step “Edit Form Presentation (design)” and I found four fields not fed with anything.

    The “preview” give a good result (without needed enhancement of design) but not the “design” function (launched from “fields” management or form dashboard) : user gets a four not personalized fields.

    Into your site about premium version, we can find that (it seems) there three add-ons with the free version. I have not found how to get them.

    Notice : this product is very interesting and well done, I like the concepts but it seems still young (I have not found dates, particularly on history of versions). If I can use it successfully I will probably take the time to enhance the French translation and send suggestions of development or sometimes my probable patches or code proposals. In another hand if the prototype on which I work currently become an efficient site the client will buy probably the premium version to enhance the functionalities.

    Thank you for writing to us.

    Design tab shows generic representation of the form to tweak common HTML tags inside it. It does not attempts to render the actual form. Preview is actual rendering of the form with all settings applied. This is the nearest representation of front-end form you can see from dashboard, without actually publishing it on frontend.

    The three free version add-ons can be configured by:

    1. Magic-Popup
    Global Settings –> Magic Popup
    This turns on a front-end overlay system for you to allow users login, register, checkout, see account details etc. without publishing any shortcode or making changes to site pages.

    2. Export/ Import
    The option to export/ import forms is available on main All Forms page in the top menu. This allows you to backup and migrate forms with their configuration.

    3. Visual Form Editor
    This is the form design editor you are using presently to edit CSS properties of the form using Design tab.

    We appreciate your willingness to help us translate the plugin given you are able to use it for production site. This is not a prototype and we support it with regular releases every month which contain bug fixes and patches. Many feature additions are user reported. If you have any suggestions please feel free to send them to us and we will try to include in our development roadmap.
