Is there any documentation for this plugin? I can’t seem to find any instructions. Its’ running in the editor, but nothing even seems to inject any code, so we assume there is a plugin conflict, but because there is no explicit simple example to work from, we’re not even sure were using it correctly. We have created a popup. But we can’t call it, and are not even sure how. Are we just missing the step-by-step tutorial somewhere? We’re lost.

  • Dear @shoqvalue,

Could you please, provide more details about your issue?
What type of a popup are you trying to create and how you’d like it to open on your site?

We cannot get anything to happen in the editor at all. You say select some text to make a clickable link and press “Insert popup,” Nothing happens. We assume there must be a conflict but have no idea where to start. Display rules are fine, but unless we can see anything happening in the interface, it’s academic. If there was one simple tutorial w could follow to make sure it all worked, that would help. But as yet,we can’t find that simple please to start

When we click “insert popup” there is virtually no UI action at all. We assume there should be, as per your demo.
For example, you sure a popup to to set properties here after clicking “insert popup” We get nothing happening. https://sygnoos.ladesk.com/377214-How-to-insert-popups-on-a-pagepost

We can send you a screen shot of what we see, if you give me an email address, but it looks like a broken element and not what you show on your demo.

    Dear @shoqvalue,

Please, try to add the popup via CSS class: How to trigger an Onclick popup via CSS class

Here’s the shortcode you can use instead of the “insert” button: [sg_popup id=”1″ event=”click”]your click element here[/sg_popup]
