I was writing with customer support via email but here is a better way.

For now it is completely chaos. Some older entries are to see. The counter exploads (which is not true count)

Cookies browser cache clean. Logged out and in. Plugin de and activatedAnd so many things.
UID excluded. Nothing works for ones such good plugin ??

Tab doesn’t ajax actualize when focusing tab (which has always done).

    Adblocker is off.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback.

All the issues related to the service should be reported by the means provided on the official website, clicky.com

This plugin, is for WordPress users to have a straight forward solution to add Clicky Analytics to their websites, unrelated to the Clicky service itself.

These being clarified, I understand that you have some issues which may be related to the plugin, right?

Can you tell me what wrong behavior of the plugin you are trying to fix by doing the above?

Tab doesn’t ajax actualize when focusing tab (which has always done).

Can you please be more specific about this? A screenshot would be helpful.

    Thank you!

I don’t know if you have something done but now stats refreshes alone like before.
What I am wondering about is that now will shown visits from my own server.
Till shorty my visits I have seen with my IP address which I excluded with UIS to count.
But now since few days I see IP from my server provider “visiting” my site which has never have been before.

    Any suggestion?

    Hi,

    Nothing changed since then.

Regarding the IP issue, if all the traffic has the same IP you would need to contact your hosting provider, because it seems to be a proxy which isn’t passing the client IP properly.

If you’re using Cloudflare, for example, you would need to properly configure client ip passing. Here’s a starting point:

Thank you, I sent request to my server provider and am waiting the answer.

My provider investigated IP issue and answered:

However, this tool may not recognize that we have Nginx as a proxy in front of apache2.

    —–

Possible that it is the cause? It has never been before. I never have seen my server IP as visitor.

IMHO, most probably the user IP isn’t passed properly somewhere on the above setup.

Since this is a tracking issue unrelated to the plugin I would recommend contacting Clicky directly.

Also, your hosting provider could check this forum thread, related to the issue, which could be helpful: https://clicky.com/forums/?id=5094
