    Hello,
i’m on a very simple case : one scene, 4 hotspots
not many fancy settings since i’m under free (and GREAT) version…
and I get this notice alert :
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/formats/www/wp-content/plugins/wpvr/admin/classes/class-wpvr-scene.php on line 881

a previous check might be needed ^^

  • Hi @giboo ,

Sorry for getting back to you late.

Can you please go to WPVR -> Get Started -> Settings.

Here, have a look if the Mobile Media Resizer is enabled.

If it is On, disable it, clear your browser cache and see if the warning notice is still there.

Let us know how it goes.

    We’ll get back to you.

    Regards,

    Hi @giboo ,

Let us know if it worked for you or if the error notice is still there.

    Yes it did the treak
    Thanks for your answer !
(even if a previous simple check would be a better resolution)

    Hi @giboo ,

We’re glad to hear that it worked.

You see, most users prefer to keep using the Image handler to keep the tour loading time minimum.

If only anyone is willing to use the image at the highest quality, they can set it from the Advanced Settings.

Anyway, you can this suggestion to the Ideas section of our Roadmap here: https://rextheme.com/wpvr-roadmap/

Feel free to open another thread if you face any more issues.

    Regards,
