Yeah, it’s a tough juggling act; either you’re down in the bowels of the code actually getting something done, or you’re trying to decipher our bizarre and crazy-sounding problems, which may not even be related to the plugin. With the complexity of the platform and god-knows-what other plugins are doing, it’s a real challenge.
From out here, it looks like you’re unresponsive. That’s a problem, and the only way I know how to fix it is to get a junior enough person (or a volunteer) to keep your costs low who can decipher and help people through that initial muck of what’s wrong.
This person can then filter meaningful stuff to the development staff who can actually work on issues instead of spending enormous time attempting to reproduce or even understand our complaints.
