Notice if no products in cart?

    What are the correct settings to display a notice if there are no products in the cart and for the notice to go away once an item is added to the cart?

    I have set the Min Price at 0 and the Max Price at 1, but that’s not working. What am I missing? Thanks.

    Currently this plugin is not working with empty cart.
