Notice of coupon already used… but hasn’t been

    Starting a couple of days ago when customers attempt to apply the RAF code to their order they are given a message saying it has already been used. They notify the admin and in the coupon section of woocommerce the coupon is shown to not have been used. The admin then gets the customer to complete their order. Finally the admin edits the order to apply the RAF coupon to appease the customer. I’m not sure where to begin debugging this.

    Hi,

    Can you send me email to [email protected] with site URL as well? When you disable the plugin, and if customer tries to use the coupon does it still happen? I am not sure if the issue is connected to raf plugin unless its working after you disable the plugin, as we are only issuing coupons and from there its woo job. Let me know.
