    We are using EDD latest version & we already know that there is PayPal related issue exist.

    We regularly getting too much Paypal payments. The situation is given below.

    The payment was successfully received in Paypal, order was marked as completed in admin area. But in front end, the customer redirected to store from Paypal & got “Error: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again” error message. In the front end, the order is not completed & items still exist in the user cart.

    In our live site, customers again purchase the same item multiple times.

    How I can show a message in front end like below one if customer get Paypal payment errors?

    “If you have used Paypal for payment & got errors, please wait few minute & verify that order was completed.”

    Hi @sarathlal, have you updated EDD to 3.1.0.2? If not, please do as it should address the checkout error you are seeing. If you are running this version, there might be something else causing that error to occur.

    Hey @dgoldak

    Thank you for the support.

    I have retested the issue again. Now realize that EDD changed the flow & the issue was resolved.

    Now the customer get order confirmation after Paypal payment with order status as pending. Later, this order status updated as completed.

    But now your team forget to remove item from customer cart after order status was updated as complete.

    Hi there. It is possible that the item not being removed from the cart could be a caching issue on your website.
    I am unable to replicate that from my end, unfortunately.
