Notice on WP_DEBUG

Hi,
the following line is dumping an undefined index notice.

/inc/core.php#L264
'f' => $wp_ozh_adminmenu['displayfav'],

And it seems that displayfav is not being used anymore. Just this occurrence in PHP, and other in JS.
