    Hello,

I have a notice when a non logged user tries to see the page containing the courses.

Notice The course index is empty.

    OR (depending on the settings)

Notice The course index is empty or you do not have the required permissions

I checked the permissions (for the guest role) and I tried changing the index in the settings with no luck. I do not have this issues with the logged / admin users. I saw one post with the same question but it was a permission issue.

    Thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

thank you for your patience and sorry for the late reply. I am just now back in office.

This still looks like a permission issue. Would it be possible to share a screenshot from your permission page somehow? Or maybe you have set some dependencies on other courses?

If you have no way of sending us a screenshot you could open a ticket in our ticket system: https://wp-lms.cluevo.at/ -> Support -> contact

    Best,

I tried some other things like disabling the other plugins but I don’t have any result. I really don’t know what else I can do.

    Hi again,

this looks correct but please make sure you do not have set an availability date for your the elements that lies in the future.

It is hard for us to debug this, because we have not seen a problem like this before. Please submit a ticket under https://wp-lms.cluevo.at/ ->support. There we can help you in a more direct way.

    Best regards,
    Elias
