Notice: Undefined index

    Using Firefox Version 45. I have followed all the instructions to no avail. I am working on an intranet, if that makes a difference. This is for military training so I would appreciate any help I can get. I have this plugin on an older version of WP (v. 3.8.1) and the videos work perfectly. Any help would be really appreciated.
