    #SOLVED
I noticed that – for any reason – I had two different shortcodes on the page. After removing the wrong one, the problem was solved. Thanks.

Since updating X-theme to 5.2.5 I see this notice on top of my page: Notice: Undefined index: name in /www/htdocs/villaon/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/classes/core.php on line 4089

    Many thanks,
    Ton in ‘t Veld
