Notice: Undefined Index messages

I have just installed the plugin on WP 4.0. Whenever I restrict access to a page I get these 2 notices at the top of the admin screen. I do NOT have wp-debug enabled either.

Notice: Undefined index: pr_restrict_home in /home/l*****h/public_html/t****v/wp-content/plugins/pagerestrict/inc/admin.php on line 92
