    Hi,

    Thanks for a much needed plugin!

    I recently got this PHP Notice on the Order Received Page & Email:

    Notice: Undefined index: checkbox1 in ……./public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/woocommerce-checkout-manager.php on line 916

    No changes where done in the plugin settings.

    Can you see whats going on?

    WP 4.1.1
    WooCommerce 2.3.7
    WooCommerce Checkout Manager 3.6.8
