    Hello,

I’m using the plugin but the notices aren’t always hidden. like in this example.

The plugin page is called Variation Swatches by VillaTheme (paid plugin on Envato). The console shows no errors, is it possible to fix it?

On some pages the notices are visible for a brief period of time before they get hidden, is it possible to hide them from the start?

On some other pages the notices are hidden but it show (4) but I only see 1 in the drawer.

    Thank you

Thank you for using our plugin Artemis21.

In regards to the admin notices that are not hidden: can you send us a copy of the plugin so we can take a look at how it is adding the admin notices?

As for the notices appearing and disappearing, that is how the plugin works – first the admin notices have to load for the plugin to “capture / notice” them and then hide them. We try with every update to make this process as smooth as possible. If you notice that some specific notices are taking longer than others, please let us know which ones they are and which plugin etc, so we can look into it.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

Please send the copy of the plugin at [email protected] and make reference to this ticket in your email.

As for the other problem, the same with the others, we need to see what the notifications are, so the best thing is to use email so you can easily share screenshots and more technical details about your website’s setup.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
