    My site contains pages in Italian and with polylang also the corresponding page in English. I therefore need to have two lists that send notification of new English articles to English users and the same for Italians. I followed all the instructions and created two separate lists, inserted the addresses of the users by language in the respective lists and created widgets that direct the user to choose the English or Italian list. Both are activated, but in the Italian version it works correctly and tells me “show history” immediately after sending correctly all the emails of the notification of a new article in Italian. But as soon as I finish the article in English, the emails don’t start, and next to sending the list (active) it says “not yet sent”. How come since the article has been online for days? I also tried to change the sending from “immediately” to “every day” and other conditions but nothing. I have also tried republishing the article but still nothing. Everything looks fine but I don’t understand why it doesn’t send them. I hadn’t noticed, but since I’ve had the polylang site, the notifications for the English list have never started. For me it’s a big problem because I have many more users in English than in Italian, but before that I would like all my users to receive the notification of the article. Can you help me?

    since I’ve had the polylang site, the notifications for the English list have never started.

    Please note that MailPoet does not directly support qTranslate, WPML or Polylang.

    It means that our Automatic Latest Content will take into account only the WordPress categories, not the categories you have created with Polylang, for example.

    If you have selected a specific category for each Post Notification email (i.e.: Italian, English), please make sure these are WordPress categories and the posts for each language are added to their correct categories.
