    Hola!

    Quisiera saber si hay alguna opción en la que se pueda implementar una notificación por correo para indicar al vendedor que su producto fue “rechazado”, a pesar que no existe el estado de producto “rechazado”, si existe la posibilidad que haya esa funcionalidad en Dokan

    Hello @carlangas99 ,

    Currently, Dokan allows admin to set a product’s status to one of three states: Draft, Published, and Pending Review. Unfortunately, there is no built-in “Rejected” status within Dokan at this time. As such, there isn’t a direct way to trigger an email notification specifically for a rejected product.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no option in Dokan to implement an email notification to indicate to the seller that their product was “rejected,” as this specific product status does not exist. Achieving such functionality will require advanced customization of the Dokan and WooCommerce codebase. We recommend consulting with a professional WordPress customization expert to assist you with this customization.
