    Hi!

How can the support service see that the user who created the ticket read the response from the support service and when (date time)?

  • Hello webfantastic (@webfantastic),

If I am not wrong you are looking for the seen/unseen feature. Currently, fluent support does not have the seen/unseen feature. There is no option to see when(DateTime) the ticket was seen by support staff or when the response was seen by the ticket creator.

If you have any confusion you can submit your query or issues. Our dedicated support members will be happy to assist you.

Hi! How then can the support service find out if the ticket /response has been read by the user? It’s strange that you didn’t provide for this, for example, as in Whatsapp. It is unclear whether the user has read the answer or not.

    Hello @webfantastic,

I can understand your concern and appreciate your suggestion about incorporating a seen/unseen feature in Fluent Support. Your feedback is valuable to us, and I’ll make sure to pass it along to our R&D team for careful consideration. They will conduct a thorough analysis to assess the possibilities and necessities of implementing such a feature.

    Thank you
