    I had to use a plugin such us https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/plugins-garbage-collector/ to remove all the TCP stuff from the database

    Just installed TPC! and read these support messages about email notifications. There’s no delay when checking for memory exceeded so the plugin can dish out tons of email alerts. Even when you deactivate/delete the plugin it sounds like the server still has lots of emails left over to deliver. ??

    For those who wish to use TPC! without getting email alerts, you can edit the file tpcmem-core.php and comment out line 167:

    //return @wp_mail( get_option(‘admin_email’), $subject, $message );
