Hello Dylan,
Thanks for your feedbacks!
1. Regarding the accordion issue you mentioned, could I kindly ask if you could perhaps send me a screenshot example of which accordion or section this is occurring at, so I can take a closer look in order to fix it ASAP?
Sure, here you go :

2. Regarding the chat feature in the backend, this is a great feature idea and I have added it to the list to add as soon as possible, thank you for the suggestion.
I am glad you like the idea I really think that would be a big help and help us work better with teammate and for you to provide a better solution and increase sales and nice feedbacks.
Another suggestion related to the chat for team member, is the possibility to have it on the frontend as well but only for team member and with it a bug/issue/error reporting widget.
Example:
I am checking some articles my workers has written and see a grammar mistake or else.
Right now I have to take a screenshot with Nimbus and send it by skype or email with the name of the page, etc (same for any bug, or issue).
The email can get lost or the msg can be flowed by other msg, and so on.
I guess right now with your plugin we could create a task, etc but still you have to go to the plugin options create the task, etc.
So, imagine the time we would save and how fast the issue would be handled if we could do it from a frontend chat for team member?
The idea is :
Little widget on the chat which gives screenshot option.
When the screenshot is made you have the following option:
– Assign it to a team member
– Categories it
– Label it
– Little optional comment
– And create a new task with this
And when sent to the assign person the screenshot comes with the page log/information the user who take the screenshot was on when the screenshot was made.
OR even BETTER a redirection link where the screenshot was made on the page!
So, we know straight away where to look to correct it. For little common errors no need to leave a comment or write anything. The screenshot point out the issue, you label it, categorize it and assign it. Et Voilà!
I have been looking for a solution like this while working on a big project with 5 persons on WP and the only solution I found was Usersnap but ain’t ideal as you can’t do the following :
– Assign it to a team member
– Categories it
– Label it
– Little optional comment
– And create a new task with this
I know it seems a lot but I don’t think that would be that difficult to put in place. It actually complements what you have already in place…
3. In regards to the app not going to the specific project or task, I will add this to the app as well. If you would like the update in the meantime or if it is urgent, please could you send me an email to [email protected] so that I can send you the update?
Thanks for this. You mean if I send an email to [email protected] I would get the update before it’s you actually lunch it?
Kind regards,
Marco
