Notification bug when the Booking Note is blank

The notifications works (albeit with the wrong date) when there’s something in the booking note …but if there isn’t, firstly the confirmation email isn’t sent to the booker, and secondly I receive the notification without the information – like this…

Booking Date: 01-01-1970 this is not the date set in the class setting
Booking Time: 12:00pm – 01:00pm
Booking Status:View this booking details at admin dashboard.
