    Hi
    I cannot see notification count number, using inspector i can found the class but their is no number inside, i tried to create many notifications without open theme but always i cannot see the number of the notifications .

    Hi,
    Is this happening with the shortcode or the ??add bell to menu?? option? And is the notification box opening correctly?

    It’s likely that it’s a problem with the position of the count span if the notification box itself is working.

    i’ve used a? add bell to menu ? option, and the notification box is opening correctly
