    Hi.

    First of all thanks for this plugin. If I canfix this one problem I’ll gladly pay for the Pro version to thankyou for your help.

    Minor problem I’m sure; everything works except for the email notification. I’m getting the “Notification email was not sent due to an error. Please check notifyrecipients, notifysubject and notifymessage attributes for errors” notice after performing the upload.

    AFAIK there are no other plugins sending mail. If I remove the ‘notification’ option everything works but this one bit is really useful. Here’s my shortcode:

    is your email address from the same domain as the website?

    can you send me the link to try to upload myself?

    It wasn’t within the same domain, but I tested it just now with one within the domain, and the result is the same.

    Currently the website is locked down because we haven’t launched yet but I could send you a login via private message or email so that you can take a look?

    Good morning. I have the same problem , I can not receive email notification streets . I am also interested in buying because I’m interested in additional services , however, it is essential to send the notification .

    In the end this was resolved using the Easy WP SMTP plugin, we couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem and this fixed it right away.

    This plugin allows me to run “WordPress File Upload” or is an alternative? Because it does not allow you to upload files ..

    If the problem you are having is with the email not being sent when an upload is performed with WP File Upload, then yes, this will fix it. You must use WP File Upload and then configure Easy WP SMTP plugin to work with your domain settings. If you have the necessary information it should take less than five minutes.

    seems that Easy WP SMTP plugin resolves many of these problems, so I will mention it in the plugin support page

    I have had exactly same problems, but could not handle it with “Easy WP SMTP” with any mail account I have, so I changed to “WP-Mail-SMTP” in actual version 0.9.5 and it worked proper on first installed address. Please note also, some provider does not allow mail submission from other places and often SMTP to be enabled requires first the mails from POP to be called. Therefore some providers are offering a special SMTP server for sending e-mails from web, for example “websmtp.your-provider.com”, please ask your provider.
