One more thing: Do you possibly know why Outlook Web Access is not reading the HTML as it should? Other notifications sent by plugins such as Ninja Forms, are displayed fine (also HTML). On gmail everything is OK.

If one customises class-event-registration-public.php, will it be overwritten if the plugin is updated?
