Notification Email not correctly formatted

    I have set up WPForms as a Contact form.

    The email notification message is sent to me, and also a CC to the author (email)

    However when the email notification arrives within the email client, the various fields are not formatted correctly. By that I mean they are strung out on one line horizontally and in fact stretched out wider than the actual viewing area, thus info is lost off screen.

    Sorry for the delay, was traveling. My daughter’s wedding ??

    The client is Eudora. It is an older client out there I know however it is still used by an awful lot of people and is rock solid.

    Hey @krammig,

    I’m sorry for the delay as well and congratulations on your daughter’s wedding.

    It looks like this is a known issue with Eudora’s HTML processing engine. I can see other users reporting similar issues here.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to fix this from our end and it looks like the Eudora project is not being managed anymore. I’d suggest switching to a different client if this is an option.
