Notification Email send twice

    Hello,
    I installed and set Wpforms for several forms on my site. However, I notice that notifications emails are always sent twice. This is disturbing to handle the new requests in the end. I do not see where the problem can come from … Any idea?

    Hi chloebgt,

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check your notification settings against our tutorial on setting up form notifications.

    A possible reason for duplicate notification might be having more than one email address in the Send To Email Address field while having a CC field in the notification settings.

    If that is the case, please be sure to only include one email in the Send To Email Address field when the CC field is enabled.
