    Hi,

    When I setup the WP and Woocommerce I have used my email address after the website is completed I have changed admin email, general setting email, woocommerce email inface all kind of emails to my Clinet’s email address. But whenever someone is ordering or any kind of stock related notification email all are sending to my email which I used setting up the website.

    Why all the email are coming in my mails instead of website owner mail. I have changed all kind notification to owner mail.

    Any idea?

    Could you please confirm that you have set the recipient to be the client email on Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails?

    Please kindly note that these emails are probably going to the spam folder, so it might be worth double-checking that folder.

    Hi @shaon007,

    We’ve not heard back from you in a while and we might be marking this thread as resolved soon for the general health of the forums.

    Before that, just checking, were you able to verify whether your email settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Emails were correctly set to the client’s email address?

    Also, note that there are plugins such as Advanced Notifications that can be used to add another recipient for WooCommerce emails.
