Notification email to user who has subscribed

  • Hi,

    I have the plugin set up and working perfectly, thank you for your hard work ??

    The only slight issue is that (and I know this is a PayPal thing, I’m just asking on the off chance someone knows) a subscriber doesn’t get a warning that the subscription renewal is imminent.

    Does anyone know if its at all possible to notify a user that their renewal is coming up?

    Hi currently there is no option to carry out your request as far as I know. In your case you would have to contact the member via their e-mail. The alternative is to enable the following feature Enable Expired Account Login under the Advanced Settings tab.
