I just enabled postie on the website and it’s working well. I want it to send a notification to administrators. The notification email is sending to 3 email addresses that I haven’t authorised, and not to the website’s admin email address. One is [email protected], so it’s opening a ticket each time! How do I fix this? I can’t see a place to configure it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If Postie is sending a notification email then either they are an admin or the author.

Look at the “Send post confirmation email to” setting on the message tab.

If you go to youwebsite.com/wp-admin/users.php?role=administrator you can see the list of admins.

Oh, I see. I was thinking it was using the default email from the Settings > General tab. I hadn’t considered the users.

All fixed now. Thanks for the help.
