    I’ve set up the lite version of WPForms as a popup in my footer menu (request catalogue). I am receiving the notification emails when the form is submitted, but the email is arriving without content – no name, email, country, etc.

    Under my setting > notifications > I have the tag {all_fields}?set up, but am still experiencing the issue. I’m debating a license for the product, but this issue and the lack of support from the plugins technical team is frustrating.

    I’m pleased to hear that you are interest in getting the paid version and I’m happy to help to resolve the issue. Since you already have the {all_fields} tag, this might suggest that there could be some code on your site that is breaking this smart tag.

    To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hi Prashant –

    Apologies for the late reply. I went through your checklist and did follow the steps. Unfortunately the issue is still present. I’ve checked with my mail server and the issues is definitely with the sender. The emails are still coming through, but without any message content. I’m essentially receiving a notification that a form was submitted but am blocked from seeing the information provided. What else can we do about this?
