    Hi there,

    The notification emails are being sent to the recipient in raw html – example below:

    <p>Lillie Clark<br />=0A<a href=3D”mailto:[email protected]”>lillie=
    @exampledomain.com</a><br />=0Atest<br />=0AGeneral Enquiry</p>=0A

    How do I format this to remove the code in the email? I have tried re-adding the fields in both the visual and text editor and they all appear like this anyway.

    I have used Forminator on many websites and this is the first time I have come across this.

    Hi @studiola

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Please note each site is different as it have in most cases different theme and number of plugins.

    1. In the first place, this issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works. Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.
    2. If that will not give any positive results, please export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox and share a link in your next reply so that we could take a closer look at this.

    Please let us know about the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    I disabled all non-essential plugins and unfortunately that did not help.

    However, I went back to the dev site before it was migrated to Bluehost – the original dev website (not on Bluehost) sends the emails fine. The live website on Bluehost sends the raw HTML. The two websites are identical.

    Are you aware of anything at hosting level that might cause this?

    Hi @studiola

    I spoke with our Forminator Team. Could you install the SMTP plugin, configure it and see if that fixes the issue?
    If sending via SMTP is good, then it would depend on how emails are set up to be sent from the server. Not related to Forminator. It can be PHP configs as well.

    Please take a look at similar case:
