Notification emails going to Spam

Hi,

We noticed that all form submissions end up in the Spam folder. When we first set up the forms in Forminator, the notification emails were sent to the Inbox but after a month, they are now sent to Spam.

We also tested other WP emails using this plugin Check & Log Email and the test email was successfully sent to the Inbox.

Any ideas on what’s causing this issue and how we can fix it?
