Notification emails have stopped

I’m having trouble with hackers adding and modifying php files, and have been using iThemes Security Version 5.1.1 for a couple of months. I’ve consistently received emails when files change, and lockouts. About 10 days ago, I stopped getting them.

I’ve added files myself, so I know there have been changes.

I turned off the notification, and turned it back on, but no go. All the settings look ok, and the email addresses are valid.

Any ideas?
