Notification emails not sent

HI.
WordPress 6.2
UM 2.6.0.
Using WP SMTP to send via SendGrid.
Using Check & Log Email.
Other emails are being sent including account pending review to new member, password reset, and WP Mail SMTP Automatic Email Tests.
But, new user notifications aren’t being sent.
Check & log shows the emails being sent but doesn’t include the new user notification email. Likewise SendGrid.
Any idea on how to fix this?
