Thanks for your interest and question. There is a FAQ on how our email notifications work and when they re sent out.
Once the cart is saved and is considered as abandoned, you will receive a notification about it in your email. You will not be notified about previously abandoned carts.
By default, notifications will be sent to WordPress registered admin email. But you can also set a different email address.
Here are a couple of possible reasons why you have not reeived any email notifications so far:
- The abandoned cart is a ghost cart (email or phone number has not been provided). Notifications are not sent out about these type of carts
- The time has not passed for the cart to be considered as abandoned (it takes 1 hour for the cart to be considered as abandoned after the last interaction with it). If this is the case, please allow some time for the notification to arrive.
- WP Cron which is responsible for automated notification send out has been disabled. In this case you will have to consult your hosting provider or developer to turn it on.
