• Installed the plugin, and followed the instructions on how to configure the “simple contact form”. I was able to configure it but when I tested the email notification I was getting the email but the message of the site visitor is not inside the email body. I contacted the plugin’s support and basically I was asked to record my screen to show the issue and was told that due to the complexity, it’s outside the scope of the?limited support?available for?WPForms?Lite. And that in order to continue, I will need to purchase a?WPForms?license.

Why will I purchase a plugin when the very basic feature was not working?

    Hi @jonpastorizo,

We are sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your emails and also apologize for the experience with support.

In regards to the issue that you’re facing, the email content not appearing in the email can be due to the incorrect configuration of your notifications. To double-check if everything is good, you can cross-check your settings from this guide, especially this part. Here, you have to make sure that the smart tag {all_fields} is inserted into the Email Message section.

And if that does not resolve the issue, could you please create a new thread in our WPForms Lite support forum with the details?

    Thanks!
