Notification for administrators

  • Hi,

    I have installed the free version of JoeBooking and everything works fine.
    However when a new client book a new appointment I don’t receive any notification in my email address, so I can only be aware of new appointments only if I check the appointment tab in the plugin.

    What am I missing? Is there a way to configure this feature?

    Hello,
    it’s supposed to send the email to the admin user email address, could you please check if it is set correctly.

    I am having the same issue. My admin user email is listed correctly and I’m still not getting new appointment email notifications.
