Notification for “Completed” orders

    Hi,
    What I understood from other support threads is that the order notification is only for orders “in progress”. But on our website we have some virtual products which are free of cost (for lead generation) and it skips the “in progress” state and goes directly to “completed” state.

    It would be great if you could add a notification option for “completed” orders. Or is it a premium feature?

    Yes, the ability to enable notifications for any custom order status, including “Completed,” is considered a premium feature. When you upgrade to Premium, you’ll be able to:

    ? Enable notifications for custom order statuses (including Completed)
    ? Print invoices directly inside the app
    ? Receive product out-of-stock notifications and access the recent out-of-stock list
    ? Get advanced shop analytics reports for deeper insights
