    Plugin Author OneSignal Push Notifications

    (@onesignal)

    Hi Slams,

Yes, the plugin should support sending automatic notifications when scheduled posts get published, especially if you are scheduling the post from the default WordPress editor. The checkbox is automatically unchecked after, and this was a poor design choice that we will probably fix in a later version of the plugin. The post is still flagged with metadata so that a notification is sent when it is eventually published, even if the checkbox is automatically unchecked after.

If you are not scheduling the post from the default WordPress editor (e.g. you do not see the “Send notification on post publish” checkbox and OneSignal box when creating the post), could you please try enabling “Automatically send a push notification when I publish a post from 3rd party posts”?

    Hi OneSignal,

I’m scheduling the post from the default WordPress editor, but notifications are not sending ??

And I have also tried to enable “Automatically send a push notification when I publish a post from 3rd party posts” but with no luck.

    Hey Slams,

It’s been a while and it looks like no settings are helping. Please contact us on our website to set up a quick TeamViewer session to solve the issue together. Be sure to link to this post please!

    Hi OneSignal,

Forgot to tell you that notifications started to work after latest plugin update.

    Thank you for support!

Glad it worked out for you!
