    Dear friends,

    Does this plugin allow the same kind of notifications that we got with regular mobile apps? I mean, that red balloon located on top-right of the app’s icon, timed banners and messages and so on.

    I’m currently using OneSignal’s plugin to handle the regular browser notifications, but I don’t know IF and HOW this can be accomplished on the mobile platform.

    Good day and thanks for using our plugin.

    We are working upon to support OneSignal within our plugin. We released a version earlier for supporting OneSignal with PWA, but that didn’t worked well for a case. Hopefully our next version will resolve this compatibility issue and expected to roll-out soon.

    If you are using OneSignal, you can easily push notification on web app same like that you are using it for Web. It works awesome like you see notifications for native mobile apps, once we fix the issue with the OneSignal.

    So, as far as I’m understanding, it will be possible to control website’s notifications on the phone just like any other mobile app? I mean, both on Android and iOS?

    Yes! As within OneSignal dashboard you can select the audience based on browsers, devices, locations…etc

    But the bad News is even though Apple has included services worker on 11.3 but not Push API. So you can’t receive push notification for PWA on iOS devices. Hopefully they will include it in coming releases.
