  • Hello

Safari only works on macOS, it doesn’t work on iOS (iPhone, iPad) or Windows PC.

More details on Safari not working, please see our troubleshooting guide: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/troubleshooting-web-push#safari-troubleshooting

If you are still having issues, please provide the OneSignal App ID and Site URL so we can take a look. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can further assist you!

From iOS 16.4 beta 1 onwards, iOS Safari has support for Web Push Notifications. I also can’t see them appearing on iOS. I’ve got it working on MacOS Safari though.

I’ve also added the website to the Home Screen of the device, so I’m not aware of any further changes / configurations that are required.

    Hello Support Team

I am using WordPress and a platform to send web push notifications.

    https://staging.foodforthebrain.org/

Push notification and bell icon on page bottom right side is working on all web browser and android mobile devices.

But not working on an iPhone device. I am using an iPhone 13 and the OS version is 16.4.1 as well.

    Thank you,
    Deven
