notification modal “Mail instruction text” cannot display apostrophes

Could you please reformat the “Mail instruction text” field so it allows for apostrophes to be used?
It seems to escape each ‘ with multiple ///////////////
We’re assuming this is the case with all Error message fields when an apostrophe is inserted.
