Notification: My store’s uploads directory is browsable via the web

    One notification is appearing on my bedlinnen website’s dashboard that
    ‘Your store’s uploads directory is browsable via the web. We strongly recommend configuring your web server to prevent directory indexing’

    I contacted my hosting siteground but they mentioned that this issue is related with woocommerce and they suggested me to contact your team to solve this issue.

    I cleared the cachebut i dont understand about this notification that it does not disappear yet. As i clearly can see that Store’s upload directory is not browsable, /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads
    Seeking for your guidance in this regard to solve this issue by preventing that directory indexing. Thanks.

    Please read through that and try out the solution described.

    If you are still having trouble, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.
