Notification no field data sent

?Thank you for reaching out to support! I did some testing on my side, and everything appears to be working. Can you provide some more information for us? Are there any integrations with the forms? Do you have any errors in the console debugger? Just trying to narrow down what is going on. Does this happen on a brand new contact form?

I have just created a new notification and as you can see I cannot add any of the fields to the body of the email.

Are you seeing any errors in the debugging console? If you are using chrome you can hit F-12 to bring that up when you load the page. also, are there any integrations you are using with weForms?

No as I said NO integrations

I am getting a stack of js errors like

I have done that an no errors thrown.

I have tried completing the form again and nothing is stored in any of the form fields.

The only thing that stands out to me at the moment is there is possibly a theme or plugin conflict. This feature should be working. Do you have the ability to disable the plugins and see if it is a plugin conflict? Or switching the theme to see if there are issues with how the theme is working with the form?

Thanks for all your help I have decided to go with another form plugin as I just cannot get this working. FYI Ninja Forms works fine I just prefer your interface and way of working.

You are welcome and it should be working. I’m unsure what the problem is and with my limited ability on the forum, there isn’t much I can do. This is a feature that is working and should be working from everything I see and test. I’m going to close this but if you have anything further please let us know.
